Depending on the products you choose, the package may be left in your mailbox, at your door, or at your preferred Mondou | Ren's Pets store. Please note that only pet medications can be delivered to these stores.
For safety reasons, controlled products and large orders are always hand-delivered. Additionally, during winter, products that may deteriorate due to the cold will also be hand-delivered.
