Medication is sorted through robotization by the date and time it is to be taken in recyclable packs. The packaging process includes microchipped containers. A software sends the file to the machine; the machine registers which medication goes into which bag, and the microchip drops the pill down a chute into the bag. This one is then heat-sealed and placed in a recyclable cardboard box.
Thanks to this technology, there is no human contact necessary, which is particularly important during a pandemic.
